NDLEA operatives have intercepted 4.7kg of Canadian Loud, a potent synthetic strain of cannabis, concealed in two consignments that arrived from Canada through the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos.

The consignments, boldly labelled “Odugwu,” arrived on separate international flights before intelligence-led investigations unraveled the network.
