Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd), CON, OFR, has received the “Champion of a Drug-Free Nigeria Award” from Phenomenal People Magazine and the Initiative for Women’s Accelerated Development in Africa (INWOAD).
The award was presented to the NDLEA Chairman in recognition of his leadership and commitment to advancing the fight against illicit drugs and promoting a drug-free Nigeria.The presentation took place at the Agency’s National Headquarters in Abuja on Friday, August 7, 2026.
