NDLEA operatives intercepted a 9.5kg consignment of ADB Chminaca, a highly dangerous synthetic cannabinoid classified as a New Psychoactive Substance (NPS). The shipment, which originated from China, was concealed inside a carton and intercepted at a courier company in Lagos.
In a related operation, officers also uncovered 300 grams of “Loud,” a potent strain of cannabis, hidden inside ladies’ handbags at a separate logistics company in Lagos on June 16.
The crackdown on illicit drug trafficking continues as authorities intensify efforts to keep dangerous substances off the streets.
